A friend recently pinned a recipe for Crazy Dough on Pinterest and I thought I would try it.

I made half a batch to try it. It turned out great and is easy to use. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days and use as you need. It can also be frozen to use later. You could package in the size of portions you usually use and only need to take out a package at a time to thaw.

I used it for breadsticks, buns and pizza crust. I shaped it into breadsticks and buns and baked at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. I only baked one bun the one night. It is a great way to have fresh buns and bread when you want it.

The photo above is of the personal size pizzas I made, using tomatoes and onions from my CSA box and spinach and mozzarella cheese. I baked it at 500 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
