Lately I have been trying a variety of muffin recipes. They are a great choice to grab for a quick breakfast or snack.
I recently made these Peanut Butter Banana Muffins. As the name suggests, they taste like a combination of banana bread and peanut butter cookies.
If you don’t think you will be eating them all while they are still fresh, you can freeze some to use later. I have also seen posts about freezing the muffin dough in the pan before baking. Then store in freezer bags and bake as you need.
