I recently made a Inside Out Cordon Bleu Casserole. It is an easy way to get the taste of Cordon Bleu without having to put the ingredients on each chicken breast.

I cut the recipe in half so I wouldn’t have so much leftover. Making it as a casserole makes preparation quicker than making it the usual way. It can be made the night before and then cooked when you get home since it only needs to cook for about 30 minutes.
