This week I am participating in the Make it from Scratch Challenge.

I have been making Homemade Pizza Dough for the past couple of years. You can either use the recipe when you make it or freeze it to use later. I usually make personal size pizzas, bake and then freze to have ready for lunch or quick meals.

Recently I made personal size pizzas. Some of them I topped with pepperoni, cheese and fresh tomatoes and onions from my CSA vegetable box. The others I topped with salsa, corn, black beans and cheese for a taco flavor.

When you make personal size pizzas, each person can top theirs with the toppings they want. This would also be a great idea for a sleepover or party, have a bunch of toppings ready for them to make their own pizzas.
