Here is the update of the progress of my goals for August.
For my exercise goal, I have been walking some days, working in the yard and other exercise. This is the third year that I have been a member of the Bluebird Gardens CSA so I have a variety of vegetables to eat during the summer. As part of the membership, you get to pick more of some vegetables, so I freeze or dehydrate some of them so I have vegetables for most of the winter too.
I have been following the 52 Week Saving Plan. Instead of putting the money away each week, I have putting the correct amount away at the end of each month. Even if you don’t want to participate in this program, anything you can save makes a difference. I have also heard of savings a dollar a day for a year.
I have been following the YouVersion.com plan to read the Bible in a year. I have kept up with it for January thru August.
One of my goals is to write an e-book a month. For August, instead of doing an e-book, I posted each day featuring a Pinterest board on a different topic.

I have also been keeping up with the Read 52 Books in 52 Weeks program by reading at least one book a week. So far I have read 58 books this year.
