One of the blogs I follow is LifeAsMom. Jessica has provided 20 Weekly menu plans which include recipes and grocery lists for the meals. She finds that having a meal plan makes preparing meals easier. When you have a plan it is less likely that you will stop for takeout or go out to eat.

She also wrote a post on stovetop meals which may come in handy with our hot weather this week.
