Here is the update of the progress of my goals for April.

Today, I read Making Good Habits Breaking Bad Habits by Joyce Meyer. I have read several books by Joyce Meyer and this is another great read. A lot of the information may be ideas you have heard before but it is helpful to have those ideas reinforced routinely.

For my exercise goal, I started out April doing Jillian Michaels’ Six Pack Abs in Six Weeks. A couple weeks in, I ended up shoveling 8+ inches of heavy wet snow so I took a few days off from other exercise. I did it for another week or so and then started doing some other exercises. Many days I do certain exercises I have learned at various times throughout the day. Now with the weather getting better, I have been walking more and today I started raking my yard.

I have also been doing the 30 Day Squat Challenge for the past 11 days. There are other versions such as this.

I wrote a recent article about Challenge/109536482550422>Easy Ways to be more Active

Last month I purchased jeans a size smaller than I had been wearing. Now those are getting loose too.

I have been following the 52 Week Saving Plan and have $190 in saved after putting in $19 for the coming week. Even if you don’t want to participate in this program, anything you can save makes a difference. I have also heard of savings a dollar a day for a year.

I have been following the YouVersion.com plan to read the Bible in a year. I have kept up with it for January thru April.

One of my goals is to write an e-book a month. For April I published an E-Book, Playing the Drugstore Game. I do a majority of my shopping at CVS and Walgreens. The E-book includes tips to get many items you use regularly for free or very little money. Here are the other Ebooks I have written.

I have also been keeping up with the Read 52 Books in 52 Weeks program by reading at least one book a week.
