If you are looking for St Patrick’s Day decorations, hats, etc one place to check out is JoAnn’s Fabrics. I stopped today to pick up something and saw they had the items 70% off. Other stores probably have items marked down also.
I just saw them on my way out of the store so I didn’t stop to see what the prices were.
