In a recent post I mentioned a Chicken Parmesan casserole. I made it tonight and it was great. I had already cooked the chicken so I cubed it and put it in a greased pan, covered it with a jar of Ragu, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, croutons then more mozzarella cheese. Since the chicken was already cooked the ingredients only needed to be warmed through. I cooked it at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

I had two chicken breasts left so I spread Philadelphia Cooking Creme on tortillas, added cubed chicken and shredded cheddar cheese to make burritos. I baked for a few minutes then cooled and froze to reheat later.
