Mug Mac n Cheese

I recently made Mac and Cheese in a mug that I saw on Pinterest.

It was quick & easy and tasted good. It is a good option to the instant mac and cheese you buy and you know what ingredients are in it.

I had some pepper jack cheese on hand that I added to the cheddar cheese. When making you own you know what ingredients are in it and add different flaovers.
