Granola can be a healthy breakfast or snack, depending on what is included in it.
I recently made peanut butter granola and chocolate granola from this blog post with recipes for 20 different types of granola.
It is quick and easy to make. The chocolate granola needed to be kept in the shut off oven for 1-2 hours.
Again, by making your own you know what ingredients are in it and you can tailor it to your taste.
