One favorite holiday activity for many families is to drive around looking at the holiday light displays. Many people have already put them up and Thanksgiving weekend is usually the time that most people hang their lights and start putting up holiday decorations. With our great weather this weekend, it will be a nice time for many lights and decorations to be put up.
One place to see light displays in the Fargo Moorhead area is the Sertoma Lights in Lindenwood Park. It begins December 2 and runs through 31. The displays are open nightly from 5:30 to 10:30. The admission fee is $6 per vehicle ($5 with a non-perishable canned food item) and $10 per bus or limo.
Some of the limo companies offer holiday light packages for a way to see holiday lights.
Also, the Forum usually publishes a map showing areas of holiday displays. They also have a light competition where you can submit your light display.
